It’s Coquito Time! This Is One of the Best Recipes Ever

Christmas and coquito go together for millions in Puerto Rico, the U.S. and across the world, and this recipe from Boricua Pat Murphy is one of the best. Watch our friend Chef Patty from The Mad Table make it in this week’s Featured Video. The game-changing difference, she explains, is the infusion of flavor from an easy coquito “tea” made by simmering water, ginger, anise, cloves, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, apple pie spice, cinnamon sticks and salt. Add it to the frozen coquito mixture and watch everyone’s face light up. Feliz holidays to all! 🎄🌟
