Si bien todos tienen la mayor\u00eda de los ingredientes en com\u00fan, las recetas de este alimento b\u00e1sico latino pueden variar mucho. (Por ejemplo, normalmente los cubanos agregan cerveza, los puertorrique\u00f1os usan aceite de achiote, los dominicanos agregan salsa de soja a sus versiones).
