Tal clich\u00e9, pero nos excedemos (otra vez) durante las vacaciones, y aqu\u00ed estamos (\u00a1otra vez!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos pasa cada mes de enero. Decimos s\u00ed a todo en noviembre y diciembre, los antojitos fritos, ambos tipos de <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/?s=tamales\">tamales<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/dona-felipas-puerto-rican-arroz-con-gandules\/\">Arroz con Gandules<\/a> (dos raciones), la <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/ligs-dominican-pernil-with-lemon-oregano-and-mojo\/\">pernil de cerdo asado<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/the-best-flancocho-ever-dominican-cake-flan\/\">chocoflan<\/a>, y <em>muchos<\/em> jarras de crema de coco <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/?s=coquito\">Coquito<\/a>, nuestra bebida espumosa navide\u00f1a favorita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo fue muy divertido. Gozamos much\u00edsimo. Pero ahora no podemos caber ni siquiera en nuestras mallas m\u00e1s indulgentes. Es hora de comer Healthy &amp; Delicioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo comer sano y delicioso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso recurrimos a nuestra entrenadora de comida y salud latina favorita, Naihomy Jerez, quien dirige su propio <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naihomyjerez.com\">consultor\u00eda alimentaria<\/a> ayudando a las mujeres a hacer cambios saludables en la comida que aman y a perder peso de manera sabrosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabemos que lo entiende: es una dominicana que ama el arroz y los frijoles. Cocinando<a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/destination\/dominican-republic\/\"> platos tradicionales de RD <\/a>como frito <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/naihomys-healthy-arepitas-de-yuca-fritters\/\">arepitas de ti<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/belquis-arepitas-de-yuca\/\">California<\/a> contribuy\u00f3 al fat\u00eddico d\u00eda en que se encontr\u00f3 en un vestidor justo despu\u00e9s de convertirse en mam\u00e1 primeriza. Ella estaba all\u00ed para comprar una faja, lo que sol\u00eda llamarse faja, pero ahora lo llamamos ropa corporal, gracias a Dios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En pocas palabras: a Naihomy no le gust\u00f3 lo que vio en el espejo. Ese d\u00eda, se jur\u00f3 a s\u00ed misma que se deshar\u00eda del peso y se pondr\u00eda en forma. \u00a1Y ella lo hizo! En este flip de Healthy &amp; Delicioso, Naihomy reemplaza la carne con pavo molido sin grasa 99%.
