It\u2019s quick and quesolicious. And it should definitely star as one of your super snacks for the big game this February, says Patty. It\u2019s <em>that<\/em> good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notice the beans she\u2019s using? Black. That\u2019s how you can tell Patty, or Chef Patty as she is known at her delish food website <a href=\"https:\/\/themadtable.com\/\">The Mad Table<\/a>, is Cuban. I\u2019m super proud of my combination of ingredients (even though there\u2019s probably a gazillion versions out there) because the flavors work so well and simply because I added my spin to a recipe that I had been making for 30 years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Q: How often do you make this dip and when?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chef Patty: I usually make it on Sundays during football season and for sure I\u2019ll make it for the big game.
