Pero, \u00bfsab\u00edas que surgi\u00f3 gracias a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indigenousmexico.org\/articles\/mexica-or-aztec-how-the-mexicas-were-renamed\">azteca<\/a>? En sus manos, <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/a-brief-history-of-corn-in-mexico\/\">ma\u00edz<\/a> fue el<a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/a-brief-history-of-corn-in-mexico\/\"> Primera planta en ser domesticada<\/a> en M\u00e9xico hace unos 7.000 a\u00f1os. Los primeros mesoamericanos <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/your-guide-to-using-corn-flour-in-latino-cooking\/\">Muela los granos con una herramienta de piedra.<\/a> llamado metate. Su duro trabajo daba como resultado un alimento delgado parecido a una tortita llamado <em>tlaxcalli, <\/em>M\u00e1s tarde, los colonizadores espa\u00f1oles lo rebautizaron como tortilla. Pero este disco de masa de harina sirvi\u00f3 como una herramienta de cocina pr\u00e1ctica para los aztecas y los mayas mucho antes de que aparecieran los espa\u00f1oles. Las primeras expediciones comerciales y pesqueras llevaron a los exploradores europeos y del Lejano Oriente a la zona. Los historiadores se\u00f1alan que los marineros asi\u00e1ticos introdujeron a los mexicanos a la pr\u00e1ctica de rebozar y fre\u00edr el pescado. A partir de ah\u00ed, envolver el pescado crujiente en una tortilla fue el siguiente paso natural. Debido a la proximidad de Baja a California y otros estados de EE. UU., los tacos de pescado pronto cruzaron la frontera, probablemente en manos de los surfistas de San Diego. Aunque todav\u00eda se debate si los tacos de pescado se inventaron en Ensenada o San Felipe en Baja California, definitivamente sabemos que en la d\u00e9cada de 1950, los vendedores ambulantes vend\u00edan tacos de pescado en esos dos pueblos costeros. Y en la d\u00e9cada de 1980, los tacos de pescado estaban en camino de convertirse en un elemento b\u00e1sico en los EE. UU. El pibil es un proceso de cocci\u00f3n que requiere mucho tiempo y que se remonta a los tiempos de los mayas. Este es el proceso b\u00e1sico: los yucatecos marinan un cochinillo entero, enterr\u00e1ndolo en un hoyo con piedras calientes para que se pueda asar lentamente durante horas. <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/the-21-spices-ingredients-essential-to-latino-cooking\/#achiote\">Semillas de achiote<\/a> Se muelen con especias y se utilizan en la marinada, lo que le da al cerdo su caracter\u00edstico color \u00e1mbar anaranjado. UU.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En alg\u00fan momento del siglo XIX, los trabajadores mexicanos que buscaban trabajo en granjas, minas y ferrocarriles viajaron hacia el norte. Para alimentarse mientras cruzaban la frontera, llevaban carne asada envuelta en tortilla y otros tipos de tacos, como lengua (as\u00ed es: lengua de res). En la d\u00e9cada de 1950, los inmigrantes mexicanos y sus descendientes mexicano-estadounidenses se estaban estableciendo m\u00e1s en los EE. UU. y en nuestra forma de comer. Al mismo tiempo, los estadounidenses comenzaban a aceptar la comodidad de la comida r\u00e1pida. La cocina Tex-Mex comenz\u00f3 a tomar forma y, aunque no era tradicional, jug\u00f3 un papel importante en la difusi\u00f3n del amor por los tacos en los Estados Unidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los complicados or\u00edgenes del Taco Tuesday en Estados Unidos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro factor importante que contribuy\u00f3 al aumento vertiginoso de la popularidad de los tacos en Estados Unidos fue la introducci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino Taco Tuesday. Pero, \u00bfsab\u00edas que TT se vio envuelto en una disputa de marketing que dur\u00f3 d\u00e9cadas y que reci\u00e9n lleg\u00f3 a su fin en 2023?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo comenz\u00f3 cuando un restaurante en Wyoming llamado Taco John&#039;s registr\u00f3 su marca registrada <em>martes de tacos<\/em> en 1989.
