Durante demasiado tiempo, dice MariCarmen, el tequila se ha presentado como una bebida para beber, trago tras trago. Prep\u00e1rate para \u201cbesar el tequila\u201d, dice MariCarmen, \u201cque es lo que decimos los mexicanos cuando queremos disfrutar un tequila. Lo besamos. Lo besamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cinco cosas que debe saber sobre el tequila<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. El tequila debe estar hecho en M\u00e9xico, o no es tequila<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primero y m\u00e1s importante, el tequila solo se puede hacer en M\u00e9xico para ser llamado &quot;tequila&quot;. Solo M\u00e9xico tiene la denominaci\u00f3n de origen para este aguardiente de agave, dice Ortiz. Al igual que Francia con sus denominaciones de origen (el champ\u00e1n solo se puede producir en la regi\u00f3n de Champa\u00f1a, por ejemplo), el tequila, para ser clasificado como tequila, debe cultivarse y producirse en uno de los cinco estados de M\u00e9xico aprobados para tequila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLos estados son\u201d, dice Ortiz, levantando cinco dedos: \u201c1) Jalisco 2) Michoac\u00e1n 3) Tamaulipas 4) Guanajuato y 5) Nayarit. Y el tequila solo se puede hacer en regiones espec\u00edficas de cada uno de esos estados. El tequila solo puede provenir de 1 planta: agave azul<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo segundo que hay que saber sobre el tequila, dice MariCarmen, es que debe estar hecho de uno solo de los m\u00e1s de 200 tipos de agave: el agave azul tequilana Weber. \u201cHay otros aguardientes de agave como el mezcal o la raicilla, que se elaboran a partir de muchas otras variedades de agave. Pero recuerda, de nuevo: el tequila se debe hacer solo con <strong>azul<\/strong> agave.&quot; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguiente: el tequila se produce en solo dos tipos de productos. Mira en la etiqueta. O bien dir\u00e1: <strong>100% agave azul<\/strong> o <strong>tequila<\/strong>, sin porcentaje. &quot;Entonces, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre los dos?&quot; dice MariCarmen. \u201cEl que dice agave azul 100% proviene de la variedad de agave azul tequilana Weber. Porque el tequila no se puede hacer con ning\u00fan otro tipo de agave. El que dice solo &#039;tequila&#039; debe estar hecho con al menos 51% de agave azul y una mezcla de otros az\u00facares, como jarabe de ma\u00edz o az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a. Fue hecho en M\u00e9xico pero no es agave azul 100%. El tequila se produce en 5 tipos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Blanco <\/strong>(a menudo llamado plata): tiene un envejecimiento m\u00ednimo o nulo (no m\u00e1s de dos meses). Realmente puedes saborear los sabores del agave: es el tequila m\u00e1s puro que puedes tomar. Es la formulaci\u00f3n de agave m\u00e1s simple y nos acerca m\u00e1s al sabor de los campos de Tequila Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>reposado<\/strong>\u2014debe envejecer un m\u00ednimo de dos meses en barrica de roble americano o franc\u00e9s, por ley. Un tequila reposado ser\u00e1 de color pajizo, recogiendo el tono amarillo de la barrica de roble. Los destiladores de tequila mexicanos a menudo compran barriles de roble bourbon americano recuperados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A\u00f1ejo<\/strong>\u2014debe envejecer un m\u00ednimo de un a\u00f1o en barrica de roble americano o franc\u00e9s, por ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extra A\u00f1ejo<\/strong>\u2014debe envejecer un m\u00ednimo de tres a\u00f1os en barrica de roble americano o franc\u00e9s, por ley. Y es el m\u00e1s caro porque, recuerda, como dicen con el bourbon, \u201clos \u00e1ngeles comparten\u201d. El tequila se evapora mientras envejece en las barricas y los \u00e1ngeles toman su porci\u00f3n. Tienen sed y lo agarran del aire, dej\u00e1ndonos un poco menos para beber cuando se abre el barril. Por lo tanto, cuesta m\u00e1s. Extra a\u00f1ejo ser\u00e1 tu tequila m\u00e1s caro, porque obtiene la mayor cantidad de tiempo, el mayor cuidado y la mayor evaporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oro<\/strong>\u2014una mezcla de un tequila plateado o blanco y <em>ninguna<\/em> de los otros tres. No todos los destiladores elaboran un tequila dorado; de hecho, pocos lo hacen. Puede hacerlo usted mismo, si lo desea, mezclando dos tipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Cuando t\u00fa cosechas, ah\u00ed est\u00e1 la gente de la CRT. Cuando lo tomas en la destiler\u00eda, ah\u00ed est\u00e1 gente del CRT. Cuando est\u00e1 envejeciendo en las barricas, que deben ser barricas de roble, se sellan y no se pueden abrir sin el CRT all\u00ed, para mantener la seguridad de cada botella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl CRT mantiene varios laboratorios de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n para probar y verificar la composici\u00f3n y pureza del tequila. Toda botella de tequila debe tener un n\u00famero de NOM, que designa la destiler\u00eda de donde se origin\u00f3 ese tequila\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. El Tequila Marida Deliciosamente Con La Comida<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al igual que el vino, se pueden servir diferentes tipos de tequila con alimentos para crear maridajes de sabores complejos. Estos son los principios b\u00e1sicos, seg\u00fan MariCarmen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comida + Tequila Blanco<\/strong>\u2014\u201cCon blanco, puedes combinarlo con cosas c\u00edtricas. <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/peru-fish-ceviche-lime-red-onion-aji-sauce\/\">ceviches<\/a> es perfecto, va de maravilla con el blanco. Guacamole, porque con guacamole tienes la textura del aguacate, el c\u00edtrico de la lima. Y cualquier tipo de pescado va bien con un tequila blanco\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n puedes cocinar con \u00e9l, como en esta receta favorita:<a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/marias-easy-margarita-pie-with-tequila\/\"> F\u00e1cil Margarita Pie con Tequila de Mar\u00eda<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comida +<\/strong> <strong>Tequila Reposado<\/strong>\u2014\u201cEl reposado va bien con cualquier cosa que sea una nuez. Porque en las notas de reposado, obtienes mantequilla, obtienes notas de vainilla. Se puede acompa\u00f1ar con unos moles, aunque con moles me gustan m\u00e1s con a\u00f1ejo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comida +<\/strong> <strong>tequila a\u00f1ejo<\/strong>\u2014 \u201cA\u00f1ejo va bien con carnes y quesos. Con un chile en nogada y con la mayor\u00eda de los moles, es incre\u00edble\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comida +<\/strong> <strong>Tequila Extra A\u00f1ejo<\/strong>\u2014\u201cEl extra a\u00f1ejo va muy bien con el chocolate. Con chocolate negro, guau: \u00a1est\u00e1s en el cielo!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MariCarmen ofrece un consejo final de tequila para combinar alimentos para un regalo nocturno: man\u00ed. \u201cEl man\u00ed tostado sin sal va bien con todos los tequilas. Me gusta en las noches, cuando estoy leyendo un libro o viendo televisi\u00f3n o trabajando en mi computadora: tomar unos cacahuates con un reposado o a\u00f1ejo, en una flauta de cristal\u2014es simplemente <em>tan bueno<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. C\u00f3mo disfrutar del mejor tequila<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La \u00faltima cosa importante para saber sobre el tequila, dice MariCarmen, es la mejor manera de disfrutar tu tequila.
