La madre y la hija del \u00e1rea de Pilsen, Chicago, se inspiraron mucho con la pel\u00edcula de Disney <em>Encanto<\/em>, inmediatamente fueron a su cocina y prepararon dos de los platos de la pel\u00edcula. Empezaron con lo cl\u00e1sico. <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/we-made-arepas-de-queso-in-honor-of-encanto-and-colombia\/\">arepas de queso<\/a>, usando la receta familiar colombiana de Janeth, y luego pas\u00f3 a los bu\u00f1uelos crujientes con queso (que son muy diferentes de los <a href=\"https:\/\/familiakitchen.com\/es\/anjies-sweet-bunuelos-for-dessert\/\">bu\u00f1uelos mexicanos<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luna ayuda a su mam\u00e1 a preparar la mezcla de queso cotija, huevos y leche. Luego dan forma a bolas de masa del tama\u00f1o de una pelota de ping pong y las fr\u00eden en la sart\u00e9n de hierro fundido caliente con unas pinzas. &quot;Se ve muy BIEN&quot;, dice Luna. Vigila la sart\u00e9n, saltando emocionada, mientras espera que los bu\u00f1uelos adquieran un tono dorado bru\u00f1ido por ambos lados. &quot;No puedo esperar para comerlos&quot;. Luna decide que le encantan los bu\u00f1uelos tanto como las arepas porque ambos tienen queso y el queso es una de sus comidas favoritas. &quot;Voy a prepararlos para cada postre que tengamos&quot;,
