Esta receta de arroz con leche es una receta familiar favorita en Pilsen, Chicago, casa de Do\u00f1a Rosita Camarena, una de nuestras cocineras mexicanas favoritas. Esta receta, que aprendi\u00f3 de su propia madre y su hermana cuando era peque\u00f1a, la prepara regularmente para su hija, a quien le encanta con mucha canela y duraznos o melocotones encima. (Dice que, por supuesto, se pueden usar pasas, que son tradicionales, pero en su casa usan duraznos porque \u201ca mi hija nunca le han gustado las pasas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Familia Kitchen tiene el honor de arrojar luz sobre esta receta especial de arroz con leche, un postre tradicional que se sirve regularmente en las mesas mexicanas y latinas.
