Que definitivamente no tienen trompo, ese gran asador met\u00e1lico giratorio que vemos en los puestos de vendedores ambulantes y restaurantes. \u00bfPodr\u00eda pensar en un truco casero para este popular taco hecho con pi\u00f1a y carne de cerdo marinada con chile y pasta de achiote?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vivi estaba feliz de aceptar este desaf\u00edo de tacos. \u201cSiempre me han fascinado los tacos al pastor por la forma en que se hacen y los sabores que tienen\u201d, dice. Vivi investig\u00f3 opciones y encontr\u00f3 una forma ingeniosa de crear el efecto de tueste lento y alto del trompo giratorio. \u00bfSu soluci\u00f3n? Utilice dos brochetas de madera que ella introduce en un trozo grueso de pi\u00f1a como lastre. Luego coloca cortes finos de la jugosa paleta de cerdo en la brocheta y asa lentamente su peque\u00f1o trompo durante 2 a 3 horas en un horno a 275\u00b0.
