Tita Arroyo is a founder and functional medicine-certified health Coach at Life Loves Health Coaching. She lives in Chicago with her energetic Boston terrier/boxer mix Moonpie. Her many accolades include being named Woman of the Year by PINKK, an organization committed to making the world a better and kinder place by empowering and inspiring women. Tita is PINKK mentoring assistant manager and an associate board member of Facing Forward to End Homelessness.
