Dylan Weinert
Originally from the Chicago suburbs but having spent a large part of his childhood in Buenos Aires, Dylan Weinert is a second-generation Argentine who grew up drinking mate with his mother, and on a strict tradition of his father’s asado every weekend. Dylan lives in and writes about Chicago. He can be found most weekends haggling for Argentine cuts of beef at El Mercado in the city’s Southport Corridor neighborhood.
