Luis Yanes

New Yorker Luis Yanes grew up in Guatemala watching his great aunt, grandmother and mom make traditional dishes—like their tamales. He and his wife Sarah Funky lead food tours in the New York City area. Luis tries to go back at least once a year to ”visit family, celebrate with them and learn more about my Guatemalan roots.”
