Natalia Boa
Chef Natalia Boa is a Puerto Rican who grew up in Mexico City. The Chicago-based chef has appeared on several Food Network shows, including the cooking compeition Ciao House, which she won. Natalia has worked for The Alinea Group, chef Pablo Salas, chef Bricio Domínguez, and chef Elena Reygadas (Latin America’s Best Female Chef). She has also appeared on NextGen Chefs, Beat Bobby Flay and Mexican TV programming. Natalia is currently working on a cookbook that honors her Puerto Rican and Mexican influences.
