Sopa de Fideo, Mexican Noodle Soup

Sopa de fideo is one of Lilia Arroyo Flores’ all-time favorite meals. It reminds her of her Mexican family roots and fills her belly and soul. She grew up in Pilsen, Chicago eating this comforting tomato-broth noodle soup almost every Sunday night, she says. “It is absolutely delicious and super, super easy.
