Ad Tech Developer with WordPress Experience

Familia Kitchen, a growing Latino recipes and food stories website, is seeking an experienced and innovative Ad-Tech Developer we can hire as an expert consultant on an ongoing part time basis to take our WordPress publishing site to the next level in monetization success in a timely manner.

Specifically: we seek an expert who will conduct a thorough audit of current programmatic ad-buying framework and ad placements, recommend and implement optimization solutions for maximum impact and sales, as well as creative innovative strategies to drive growth effectively as we scale. Should have knowledge of WordPress and have a thorough understanding of Google Adx 360. Knowledge of recipes and food digital products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality adtech solutions to optimize advertising efforts.
• Implement captivating and compelling ad experiences, including a video strategy
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our adtech offerings remain competitive.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure seamless ad delivery and performance.
• Participate in code review, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance our team’s skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in adtech development with a proven track record of successful ad campaign implementations.
• Strong experience in adtech and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies used in adtech publishing websites.
• Familiarity with data analytics and an ability to make data-driven decisions for ad optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork with our leadership team and (as needed) with our agencies
