Estie Cruz-Curoe was born and grew up in Cuba. Years later, when she was living in the U.S., she missed the taste of her homeland so much, she started her own artisanal Cuban food company. Estie now lives in St. Louis, with her family, and is the founder and CEO of Del Carmen Foods.
